Conditions of participation

Eligibility:
All persons resident in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

Procedure of the competition:
The competition is open to anyone who is eligible to enter from 21.01.2024 to 31.01.2024 at 00:00 and meets the following three criteria so that we can contact you if you win:

1. follow us on Instagram or on Facebook (@wearezrcl)
2. comment on the Advent post matching the prize or as prompted

• Why do you need a new pair of trainers?
• What do you like about our sustainable trainers?
• Why you are still in control of your life even with trainers?

Determining the winners:
The winner will be selected from all participants after the closing date and notified via social media. The winner(s) must accept the prize by agreeing or reconfirming. If the prize is not accepted or rejected within the specified period, the draw will be repeated once. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Prize:
1 pair of trainers worth CHF 89.-

Further conditions:

The legal process is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into by WE ARE ZRCL regarding the competition, except with the winners.

Only one entry per person is possible, and only with correct personal details. The competition organizer is entitled to exclude participants with a pseudonym, a falsified identity and participants with multiple registrations from the competition.

The competition organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if abuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected/detected. It is entitled to make adjustments at any time and, in particular, to suspend, cancel, prematurely terminate or extend the competition in the event of force majeure, closure/shutdown of websites/applications, manipulation by third parties/participants, technical failure or other important reasons.

Cash payment and the transfer of prizes are not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle. The resale or auction of the prizes or parts thereof is not permitted. WE ARE ZRCL GmbH reserves the right to retain the prizes or parts thereof in the event of infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, WE ARE ZRCL excludes all liability and responsibility in connection with this competition and the organization and redemption of the prizes. WE ARE ZRCL GmbH reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with effect for new prize draw entrants. WE ARE ZRCL may, at its sole discretion and without liability, prematurely terminate or suspend the competition or exclude individual entrants from participating in the competition should WE ARE ZRCL feel that the fair and/or proper conduct of the competition is in jeopardy.

WE ARE ZRCL GmbH shall not be liable for any technical failure of the website, including network server or hardware failures, viruses, bugs, errors in programming or other errors in transmission beyond its control.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
