With the Swiss Edition, ZRCL is launching its own, even more sustainable clothing label. The beanies and knitted sweaters of the Swiss Edition are seamlessly knitted in Switzerland from the proven bioRe yarn. This means: no cut-offs in production, shorter production routes and regional added value thanks to Swiss production.
The ZRCL Swiss Edition products are knitted and sewn by Innolana AG in Bichelsee in the canton of Thurgau, which has taken over Traxler AG as of January 2023. The modern machinery of the ZRCL partner enables a seamless production, so that no cut-offs are produced and therefore less production waste is generated. Innolana AG employs its own staff for the sewing work as well as for attaching the labels by hand on the sewing machines.
PRODUCTS
The certified organic cotton yarn is dyed before the production of the clothes, depending on the color, either by Zwickauer Kammgarn GmbH (solid garment colors) or directly at RSWM Ltd. Bhilwara in India (mélange garment colors).
The wash labels are printed and applied directly at the company Innolana AG in Bichelsee. The size labels and logo labels are printed in Turkey by Dizayn Etiket on organic cotton fabric.
The Swiss Edition could be continuously expanded thanks to the great demand, and we thank for more and more support of the Swiss production site.
With the Swiss Edition, ZRCL lays the foundation for an even more ecological, social and sustainable clothing production.

Info about the labels.
For the first two collections, we produced the labels for the size indications from cut-outs of the T-shirt production and had them printed by handmade screen printing by Durchstarter Werbetechnik GmbH in Schwyz. Unfortunately, this procedure is no longer possible with the quantities achieved.
